Over the eight weeks, you’ll receive personalised one-on-one nutrition coaching and practical tools to help you build habits that stick and achieve the results you are looking for.

How do I sign up?

The Blu Nutrition 8-Week Challenge runs from October 10 to December 5, giving you time to establish your habits before the silly season! (Dates can be adjusted upon request.)

Paris is an Accredited Clinical Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine and 9 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse.

Initially drawn to the mental and physical benefits of exercise, Paris’s journey evolved into a passion for endurance sports, including triathlons and Ironman events.

Having experimented with a variety of diets, Paris now uses her experience to help others fuel their bodies for peak performance and everyday well-being.
